1. What you get as a partner

When you create a partner code, BGeometrics pays you a commission on every payment made with that code — the reader's first payment and every renewal — for as long as their offer window is open. The discount percentage, commission percentage, offer length and minimum payout for your code are shown on your partner dashboard at the time you create it.

2. Standard terms and custom terms

Codes created through self-service signup use BGeometrics' standard terms, which apply to everyone and can change over time. A change to the standard terms applies to codes created after the change; the terms of each code are shown on your partner dashboard.

If you bring meaningful volume, BGeometrics may offer you improved terms (a higher commission, a longer offer window, or similar) on request.

3. Payment hold (30 days)

Each commission becomes available for payout 30 days after the payment that generated it. This covers the window during which a payment could still be refunded. If a payment is refunded before a commission is paid out, that commission is cancelled. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

4. Self-referrals are not paid

Payments made with your own code on your own account (or another account under your control) do not generate a commission. BGeometrics may identify related accounts by shared identifiers such as email address, billing details, or IP address.

5. Review and fraud

BGeometrics may flag a commission for manual review — for example, when the paying account shows signs of being linked to the partner's own account or IP address. A flagged commission is not paid out until it is reviewed. If it turns out to be legitimate, it is released for payout as normal.

If BGeometrics finds evidence of fraud or abuse (for example, fake sign-ups or self-dealing designed to generate commissions), your code may be deactivated and any related commissions — paid or pending — may be cancelled or clawed back.

6. Payouts

You choose how to get paid: a Lightning address, an on-chain BTC address, or credit toward your own BGeometrics subscription. Available commissions accumulate until they reach your code's minimum payout amount. BGeometrics then processes the payout periodically using the method you chose, and each payout appears in your partner dashboard. The minimum payout exists so that small balances aren't eaten by network fees.

7. Renaming and closing a code

You can rename your code for free as long as it hasn't been used yet. Once someone has redeemed it, the code is fixed so existing links keep working. BGeometrics may deactivate a code at your request or for the reasons above; deactivating a code does not cancel commissions already earned by readers who redeemed it while it was active.
